This land has been cherished for thousands of years as a place of matchmaking. Light pouring from breaks in the clouds onto the earth. The wind flowing through the mountains and touching the skin. The prayers of the people, the thoughts and bonds woven into them. This continuity, through the ages, endures unchanged in this land. The rings of Izumo, born in the sacred land where gods gather and the tradition of matchmaking began. May these rings continue to bind your connection for eternity.
私たちの想い
MESSAGE
「出雲」というと「縁結び」を
想像される方が多いのかもしれません。
この地域では古く古事記の時代より、
縁結びの神様の存在が私たちの身近にあり、
現代にもその信仰が受け継がれ、
暮らしの一部となり伝えられています。
しかし、「縁結び」とは単に
男女のご縁だけを指す言葉ではありません。
人々を取り巻く
あらゆる繋がりとのご縁、巡り合せ…。
お願いをするのではなく、
今あるご縁に感謝をすること。
結婚指輪はこの先永く身に着けていただくもの。

Many people might associate "Izumo" with "matchmaking." In this region, the presence of deities associated with matchmaking has been part of our lives since the era of the Kojiki. This belief has been passed down to the present day, becoming an integral part of our daily lives. However, "matchmaking" does not simply refer to romantic connections between men and women. It encompasses all connections and the bonds that surround people, as well as the encounters that bring them together... Rather than making requests, it is about expressing gratitude for the connections we already have. Wedding rings are something to be worn for a long time to come. By experiencing the true meaning of matchmaking through Izumoyui rings and visiting Izumo as a place of cherished memories, it would bring the greatest happiness.

私たちが想像するのは、指輪があることによって、おふたりがご縁について言葉を交わし、出雲に思いを馳せる。そんなおふたりの姿。
そうであればと、８つの形に想いを込めました。
出雲を表す「八雲」という言葉。
八岐大蛇の伝説。八百万の神々。
８の数字に導かれるように、私たちはひとつひとつの指輪にテーマを設け、ふたりのこれからの歩みにおける道しるべとなれば、またふたりがいつでも始まりの時に感じた気持ちに立ち返ることが出来るようにと。
What we imagine is that through these rings, you both will exchange words about your connection and think of Izumo. We imagine you both like that.
With this in mind, we have poured our thoughts into eight shapes.
The word "Yakumo," which represents Izumo.
The legend of the eight-headed serpent. The Yaoyorozu no Kami (Eight Million Gods).
Guided by the number eight, we have assigned a theme to each ring, hoping they will serve as guideposts for your future journey and allow you to return to the feelings you had at the beginning whenever you wish.
私たちが出雲で暮らし、大切にしている事柄を、指輪を通しておふたりにもまた共感していただけると幸いです。
